My hair fall has worsened after using this oil and your Fall Fighter range. I purchased these expensive products with the expectation that they would reduce and eventually stop my hair fall, but unfortunately, the result has been completely the opposite. This has been a very disappointing experience.
First of all I received product almost 1 week late. And during this period I received no support from the company.
The condition of the product which I have brought from the ware house, The point is that it was not delivered to me at home is nit acceptable.
The whole box is wet and is spoiled by tea🤢🤢🤢.
It was my first and last order with you.
The protection seals are open, as they are wet
If I had option to give rating in poor I would surely give.
Your company just fools it's customer and these are your standards of providing us such a worst service.
And after seeing that pics you will surely not order any product from this company.
I’ve been sent a hampered product which was actually a wrong order. I’ve been complaining for a while but haven’t got the replacement done.
