Raise Prime Time 10-in-1 Hair Primer is a multifunctional bi-phase formula, primes hair, reduces frizz, increases strength and maximises shine. The fast-evaporating system cuts down drying time and removes excess moisture while sealing the hair in a lightweight, glossy coat of Natural Oil Complex and Bond Building Complex. The protective coat shields hair from heat damage of up to 232ºC as the vital minerals and vitamins from the Seaweed Complex permeate the strands to improve the texture and elasticity.
